GO TO...

Tools

Delete Browsing History
Click on Tools - its in the right, top corner.

Then click on internet options.

Then click on Delete...

Then select Delete Forms...

What the other guy said is how you do it. Tools internet options. delete history etc. But i also recommend you download a software called ccleaner. its free and cleans more than your internet history. your download history. recent documents, and also other stuff thats not needed in your computer to free up even more space.
