there not pop ups because the open in new tabs....i have vista....i have norton internet security 2007.....no viruses detected....i think the problem is with "WINDOWS EXPLORER".

please help...i only have the computer a few weeks!

Your computer is probably infected with spyware.

And I would also suggest that you quit using IE and get Firefox.

Despite what Norton doesn't tell you, it sounds very much like some form of malware. Try a System Restore to set the computer as far back as you can.
Download I.E7 again u might find it will be ok.
