It should come out for public beta about halfway through this year. Final release is up in the air I believe.

Near the end of this year, around the same time as Windows Vista.
IE 7.0 Beta 2 has been released to the public, get it from Microsoft, http://www.microsoft.com/windows/IE/ie7/... that being said, keep in mind it is a beta, there are still a few minor issues to work out as far as compatibilities are concerned and there are already some security issues with it as well.

If you can count the Beta as a release then it is already out. If you mean the final version that is up in the air, probably around the same time as Vista.
The beta version of IE 7.0 is available for download and testing.

It should be out along with Windows Vista somewhere somewhere around mid 2006.

As of now the beta version of IE 7.0 works only on Win XP with Service Pack 2 installed.
